Friday, October 29, 2010 A West Coast Advisor Makes a Play for the ETF Crowd Mitch Tuchman, a Silicon valley-based advisor, is looking to helped investors move their assets out of high-fee brokerage firms and actively managed mutual funds and into the low-cost realm of exchange-traded funds via his company's website, MarketRiders.com, SecondAct Money reports. Tuchman is reportedly one of several Silicon Valley-based advisors who have spotted the opportunity to use Internet-based technology to give retirement investors better transparency and tools to analyze expenses, writes Mark Miller. MarketRiders is an advisory service that charges $100 annually to help investors identify ETF investments and assist with rebalancing.
