Monday, November 1, 2010 Vanguard Expands $100M Share Class Vanguard [see profile] is adding a new, cheaper share class for the biggest institutional investors in nine of its funds. Vanguard already makes its institutional plus shares (requiring a minimum investment of $100 million) available in four mutual funds, and now The Financial Times reports that Vanguard is adding the share class (which costs six to twelve basis points) to nine more funds. The FT puts the move in the context of broader price cuts at Vanguard. Printed from: MFWire.com/story.asp?s=33880 Copyright 2010, InvestmentWires, Inc. All Rights Reserved |
