Thursday, November 11, 2010 UniCredit Continues to Weigh Pioneer's Fate Fundsters following the fate of Pioneer Investments may be interested to hear that latest word coming out of Italy, where Pioneer's parent, UniCredit, is based. "The process is still ongoing, and it's difficult to say when it will be finalized," Bloomberg quotes UniCredit CEO Federico Ghizzoni as saying in an earnings call yesterday. "We received several approaches for a partnership," he said. The Associated Press, which also covered the earnings call, had these comments from Ghizzoni: "We have received some offers.
