Eagle Outsources Back-Office Functions

Eagle Asset Management has finished the transition of fund administration, administration and transfer agency functions to JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services. St. Petersburg, Florida-based Eagle, a subsidiary of Raymond James, also replaced State Street Bank and Trust Company with JPMorgan as the mutual funds' custodian.

The contract with JPMorgan covers Eagle's mutual fund complex, which had AUM of $3 billion as of end-September and 642,000 shareholder accounts.

Eagle Asset Management affiliate Eagle Fund Services previously served as administrator and transfer agent. It also was the fund accountant for each fund in the family except for International Equity. (State Street had that role).
