A BNY Mellon Exec Quietly Retires


Steve Wynne, formerly CEO of U.S. Funds Services at BNY Mellon, has resigned from the company, The MFWire has learned.

In his stead, Nancy Wolcott, previously head of U.S. Funds Services, will take the reins a dn be responsible for running the business, but not CEO. That role will not be filled, according to a company spokesman, confirmed Wynne's resignation, which took place in December 2010. The spokesman declined to comment further.

Wynne was named CEO of Fund Services last July after the $2.31 billion acquisition of PNC Global Investment Servicing by BNY Mellon Asset Servicing (see The MFWire 07/06/2010).
