Tuesday, February 22, 2011 Larry Fink Does Not Mind Taking Off His Shoes at the Airport If you spot a man that looks just like Larry Fink on the security check line at the airport, that probably is the BlackRock CEO preparing to take off his shoes. The New York Post reports that Fink -- the highest paid CEO in the financial industry -- does not zoom around the country in private jets. "He flies commercial, and yes, he takes off his shoes and stands in like the rest of us," the Post quotes a close colleague of Fink as saying. "It's what he wants."
