Natixis Drops BlackRock as a Subadvisor

The Board of Trustees of Natixis Funds Trust [see profile] has terminated BlackRock' subadvisory contract for Natixis US Diversified, Morningstar reports.

Instead, Natixis subsidiary Loomis Sayles will take over BlackRock's portion of the portfolio on May 31, accroding to a filing. Natixis' board also approved a change to the name of the fund to Natixis U.S. Multi-Cap Equity Fund. Aziz Hamzaogullari, vice president of Loomis Sayles, will PM the large-cap growth segment of the fund previously managed by BlackRock. He joined Loomis Sayles in May 2010 from Evergreen Investment Management.
