A Trade Pub Names the Highest-Paid Money Management Execs

Pensions & Investments pored over the proxy statements of 10 publicly traded money management companies and found that top executives saw an average of a 33 percent rise in total compensation last year.

Not surprisingly, BlackRock's Larry Fink, who runs the largest asset management firm in the world, had the highest compensation, with $23.8 million.

Coming in second was Janus CEO Dick Weil, with $20 million. In third place was Affiliated Managers Group CEO Sean Healey, with $19.9 million.
