Friday, June 24, 2011 Pioneer Gives its Beantown Office a Facelift Pioneer Investments[see profile] is sprucing up its Boston headquarters. The asset manager tapped Margulies Perruzzi Architects to provide space planning and interior design services on its 100,000 square feet of office space consisting of five floors at 60 State Street, Citybizlist Real Estate reports. According to the report, the renovations form part of the asset manager's recent lease renewal. The renovations are slated to be finished by March of next year. Among other upgrades, Margulies Perruzzi Architects will redesign workspaces, conference rooms, lobbies, reception areas, finishes, furniture, and lighting, as well as a major reconfiguration of Pioneer's IT/mission critical spaces. There will also be a new conference center featuring a suite of conference rooms with a large breakout area.
