Friday, June 8, 2012 An Indiana SMA Shop is Now in the '40 Act Business Martin Capital Management (MCM), an Elkhart, Indiana-based SMA shop, launched it's first mutual fund. Gary Sieber, chief marketing officer at the firm, told the MFWire the mutual fund went online April 11th. He added that MCM does not currently plan to sponsor any more '40 Act funds. The fund is managed by Frank Martin, the founder and chief investment officer of MCM. The fund is offered in retail and intuitional shares.
