Szilagyi Closes a Fund

Catalyst Capital Advisers, an investment advisory firm located in Huntington, New York, is closing its International Value Fund, according to an SEC filing. The fund had been part of the Mutual Fund Series Trust.

Jerry Szilagyi, Catalyst's CEO, confirmed the closing. The fund debuted last July and, according to Szilyagi, it hasn't attracted sufficient assets to be viable.

According to Morningstar, the fund currently holds $345,000 in AUM. Catalyst manages ten other funds, according to Szilagyi.
