Wednesday, August 22, 2012 Allianz Trims the Target for Pimco Allianz SE will trim its targets for Pimco's [profile] growth, reports Oliver Suess with Bloomberg News. Allianz will target annual growth of 5 percent to 10 percent over a full market cycle. "Today's market environment won't allow the same level of market performance as in the past," said Jay Ralph, Allianz management board member responsible for asset management. He believes that the target of 10 percent is no longer achievable. Allianz's growth is largely driven by Pimco, which accounts for almost 82 percent of Aliianz's 2.16 trillion in assets.
