Friday, September 7, 2012 Columbia PMs Managing $6.2B Retire Columbia Management announced that PMs Alexander Powers and Stephan Barbaro will retire come January 2013, Morningstar notes. Powers PMs the $3.1 billion Columbia Diversified Bond with Brian Lavin, Carl Pappo and Michael Zazzarino. Powers also PMs the $1.5 billion Columbia Bond Fund. Upon Powers' retirement, Pappo will become lead PM of the Columbia Bond fund. Stephen Barbaro currently co-PMs the $1.6 billion Columbia Small Cap Value with Jeremy Javidi and John Barrett.
