Wilshire Finds its New Funds Chief; Seeks CIO

Wilshire Fund's Management [profile] has replaced Jamie Ohl, according to a report from Pensions & Investments.

Chief investment officer Victor Zhang will be stepping up to the position of president of the mutual fund shop and senior managing director of parent company Wilshire Associates.

Ohl left the shop in September to go work for ING in the retirement division.

Zhang, who will report to Wilshire Associates president John Hindman, was one of five managing directors who had been fulfilling Ohl's responsibilities.

He told P&I he intends to remain CIO through the end of the year, and to fill the position "sometime in 2013."
