Tuesday, April 16, 2013 A High-Flying U.S. Bond Fund PM Crossed Two Borders A PM once named Canada's "Stockpicker of the Decade" is now running the best performing bond fund in the United State, according to a Reuters story. Francis Chou is running the Chou Income Fund, which has $6.6 million, according to reporter David Randall. It is too small to be rated, but has returned 39 percent over 12 months and 14 percent since January.
