The Financial Times reports that Franklin's legendary emerging markets manager, who is now 76, has no plans of following former fellow PM Anthony Bolton into retirement. Bolton is 13-years younger than Mobius. However, the newspaper notes that Mobius acknowledged that Franklin has indeed begun preparations for his eventual departure. “We have succession plans. It’s a big organisation and I have two people in the team that have been with me since the beginning in 1987.
