BMO Strategizes With New Positions


BMO Global Asset Management [profile] is deepening its bench in institutional sales, and trust and custody, assigning two employees, Sean Curry and Kimberly Palleon, brand new positions.

Curry has been added to its institutional sales team, and will fill the role of relationship manager, consultant relations in the Central and Eastern U.S. He is based in Chicago.

Palleon, as manager for trust and custody services, will oversee the trust and custody relationship management team. She has been with BMO since 1999, initially serving as a relationship coordinator on the retirement services relationship management team. In 2005, she became a relationship manager on BMO's not-for-profit services team.

Curry is also a veteran BMO-er. He joined the firm in 2005 and has focused on relationship management for asset management.

Institutional Sales, Trust and Custody Efforts

  CHICAGO, July 11, 2013 – BMO Global Asset Management announced the expansion of its Institutional Sales team with the addition of Sean Curry as Relationship Manager, Consultant Relations, and of its Trust and Custody team with the appointment of Kimberly Palleon as Manager for Trust and Custody Services. Curry will provide dedicated relationship management to investment consultants based in the Central and Eastern U.S. Palleon will oversee the Trust and Custody relationship management team.

Curry has more than 13 years of experience in investment and institutional relationship management. He joined BMO in 2005 and has focused on relationship management for asset management clients in the U.S. In addition, he has played a key role in identifying new institutional opportunities with current clients and national consultants. His past experience includes roles with multiple leading financial services companies. Curry has earned an MBA in Finance from Babson College. He will be based in Chicago.

Joining BMO in 1999, Palleon first served as a Relationship Coordinator on the Retirement Services relationship management team. In 2005, she became a Relationship Manager on the newly-established Not-for-Profit Services team. Palleon has over 13 years of experience administering custody, foundation, endowment, and master custody relationships and has extensive experience with securities lending. She has earned a BBA in both Finance and Marketing.
