Thursday, July 25, 2013 Janus' Board Shakes Up Their C-Suite There's been a leadership shakeup at one Denver fund shop. Chief financial officer Bruce Koepfgen has been promoted to the newly created position of president of Janus Capital Group, according to a company news release. A spokesman for the firm declined to comment until after the earnings conference call, scheduled for 10 a.m. EDT Thursday. Current treasurer Jennifer J. McPeek will replace Koepfgen as CFO. Both appointments are effective August 1. The moves come after the fund shop had a disappointing earnings quarter. Koepfgen ascended to the role of CFO in April of 2011.
