Friday, March 14, 2003 PFPC Names Global Sales Head William Salus has joined PFPC where he will head that firm's global business development and take the title of executive vice president. Salus will direct and manage PFPC sales representatives in all lines of business worldwide including in the United States, confirmed a spokesperson for the fund transfer agent and account. He reports to Stephen M. Wynne, chief operating officer of PFPC in the new job. The new post was created when Clayton Burton shifted his responsibilities to more closely focus on client services, explained the spokesperson. Salus was most recently a consultant and prior to that was the national sales manager at Asset International, publisher of PlanSponsor.com. Until mid-2000 he was the national sales manager for Key Bank's 401(k) business. Before joining Key, Salus gained experience in the international arena during 12 years at Security Pacific Bank and then Bank of America during which he worked in international product services.
