Tuesday, July 22, 2014 Matthews Mourns Bobroff After learning of the passing of Geoffrey Bobroff, who served as board chair for the Matthews funds, the San Francisco firm issued the following statement: GEOFFREY BOBROFF – A STATEMENT FROM MATTHEWS ASIA FUNDS SAN FRANCISCO, JULY 21, 2014 —Matthews International Capital Management, LLC, advisor to the Matthews Asia Funds, is saddened by the recent passing of Geoffrey Bobroff, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Matthews Asia Funds. Geoff served as a Trustee since 2006 and became Chairman of the Board in 2007.
