The Richest Person In This State Is a Fundster

In only one of the U.S.'s 50 states, the richest resident is a fundster.

Forbes just released its second annual list of "The Richest Person In Every State." And fundsters won't be surprised to see that Abby Johnson, CEO of Fidelity [profile], is on the list.

Johnson holds the Massachusetts spot on the list and ranks 13th among the other states' richest people. Forbes estimates that, thanks to an estimated 24 percent stake in the Boston Behemoth, Johnson is worth $14.7 billion. Though hedge fundsters and private equity folk do appear on the list, too, no other mutual fund industry insiders made the cut this time around.
