Fund Updates

Debit card and check writing services will no longer be offered for the Federated Institutional Prime Obligations Fund, Automated Shares by the end of September.

New Strategies

MainStay Money Market Trust Fund will now be labeled as a "retail money market fund" and will work towards effectively limiting all Fund benefits to individuals.

Management, PM or Subadvisors Updates

Mainstay will add a new subadvisor to handle the MainStay VP Cornerstone Growth Portfolio in the meantime, but could potentially serve a long-term appointment when the interim subadvisory ends. Cornerstone Capital Management Holdings LLC will take over for Cornerstone Capital Management LLC as MainStay VP Cornerstone Growth's subadvisor.

Dale R. Stout was recently appointed as a PM for Calvert Developed Markets Ex-U.S. Responsible Index Fund.

Matthew Duch will cease to be an officer for the Calvert Impact Fund Inc. as of June 30.

Jeffrey Vancavage will take over for John Mazanec as co-lead PM of the Invesco Mid Cap Value Portfolio.

James Turner was recently added to the Oaktree High Yield Bond Fund as a co-PM.

Reorganization of Funds

The Calvert Global Value Fund and the Calvert Global Equity Income Fund combined into the Calvert Equity Portfolio as of June 24. Calvert Large Cap Core Portfolio also merged into the Calvert Equity Portfolio.

Terminated Funds

Aston Funds will liquidate and discontinue the ASTON/LMCG Markets Fund around July 28, 2016.

By the end of August, iShares plans to close and liquidate the following Funds: iShares Enhanced International Large-Cap ETF (IEIL); iShares Enhanced International Small-Cap ETF (IEIS), iShares Enhanced U.S. Large-Cap ETF (IELG), iShares Enhanced U.S. Small-Cap ETF (IESM), iShares Global Inflation-Linked Bond ETF (GTIP) and iShares International Inflation-Linked Bond ETF (ITIP).

TD Asset Management USA Funds Inc. has decided to liquidate the TDAM Institutional Money Market Fund and the TDAM Institutional Municipal Money Market Fund.
