Fund Updates

MainStay Epoch Capital Growth Fund commenced operations around June 30.

All Class B Shares of the Fidelity Stock Selector Large Cap Value Fund will be converted to Class A Shares, "regardless of their initial purchase date."

Management, Subadvisor or PM updates

Gratus Capital, LLC replaced Spectrum Advisor Services, Inc. as an investment advisor for Marathon Value Portfolio, a series of Northern Lights Fund Trust III.

Jason Kritzer and Samantha Pandolfi are new PMs for the Eaton Vance Worldwide Health Sciences Fund.

As of July 1, Mark Reilly is a co-PM of the Spirit of America's Mutual Tax Free Bond Fund.

New Strategies

On July 1, BlackRock Credit Strategies Income Fund added the following funds as "performance benchmarks against which the Fund measures its performance": the Barclays Global High Yield Index; the Barclays U.S. CMBS Investment Grade Index and the JPMorgan Corporate Emerging Markets Bond Index Broad Diversified (CEMBI Broad Diversified).

American Century's Veedot Fund choose a different index, the Russell 1000 Index, to be included in the Average Annual Total Returns table for "comparison purposes" on July 1.

Reorganization

Sentinel Variable Products Mid Cap Fund was reorganized into the Sentinel Variable Products Small Company Fund on June 17.

Turner Investments, L.P. has agreed and plans to merge with Turner Investment Holdings L.P sometime this July.
