TrimTabs Asset Management is launching the TrimTabs Float Shrink ETF, as reported by MFWire.

Cohen & Steers is launching the Cohen & Steers Active Commodities Strategy Fund.

Seafarer Funds is launching the Seafarer Overseas Growth and Income Fund and the Seafarer Overseas Value Fund.

Dunham Funds is launching the Dunham Alternative Dividend Fund.

Virtus is launching the Virtus Enhanced U.S. Equity ETF. It will follow the Rampart Enhanced U.S. Equity Index.

Mergers & Liquidations


On October 18, the VanEck Vectors Gulf States Index ETF and the VanEck Vectors Indonesia Small-Cap ETF will terminate and liquidate.

On September 30, the Davlin Philanthropic Fund will cease operations.

On September 30, the All Terrain Opportunity Fund's Class I shares will be liquidated. These shares may be converted into institutional class shares. Also, the fund decided against liquidating its Class A shares, which was scheduled for September 9, and has decided to re-designate the Class A shares to institutional class shares effective September 16.

On September 13, the KraneShares Zacks New China ETF will undergo a two-for-one share split.

Fees


As of September 1, the Gotham Absolute 500 Fund has reduced their annual investment advisory fee by 15 bps. They also reduced their expense limitation by 25 bps.

On September 16, the The Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund will eliminate and transfer its real estate stocks (REITS) to the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund in exchange for some of its shares.

On November 1, various portfolios in the HC Capital Trust will undergo investment strategy changes.

On November 1, the iShares Real Estate 50 ETF will follow the FTSE NAREIT Equity REITs Index, as opposed to the FTSE NAREIT Real Estate 50 Index, which it previously followed.

As of September 1, Columbia Management will be the new investment advisor for the EGShares Beyond BRICs ETF, the EGShares EM Core ex-China ETF, the EGShares EM Quality Dividend ETF, the EGShares EM Strategic Opportunities ETF, the EGShares Emerging Markets Consumer ETF, the EGShares Emerging Markets Core ETF, EGShares India Consumer ETF, EGShares India Infrastructure ETF, and the EGShares India Small Cap ETF. Columbia Threadneedle, as reported by MFWire, just acquired EGA.

As of September 1, Joshua Rowe and Ian Goltra will serve as additional PMs to the Orinda Income Opportunities Fund.

As of September 1, Christopher Lo and Frank Vallario will be co-PMs of the Columbia Sustainable Global Equity Income ETF, the Columbia Sustainable International Equity Income ETF and the Columbia Sustainable U.S. Equity Income ETF.

As of September 1, Yulin Long will no longer serve as PM of American Century's International Value Fund or NT International Value Fund. Vinod Chandrashekaran and Elizabeth Xie will take over as co-PMs.

On December 31, Christopher J. Olson will retire as co-PM of the Columbia Thermostat Fund and as vice president of the Columbia Acorn Trust.

Closings and Reopenings


As of September 1, Voya will reopen the JPMorgan Mid Cap Value Portfolio to all investors.

Money Fund Reform


On October 10, the Dreyfus Institutional Cash Advantage Fund will change the way it calculates its NAV and the way it handles redemptions.

On October 7, the HSBC Prime Money Market Fund will merge with and into the HSBC U.S. Government Money Market Fund.

In December, shareholders will vote on the merger of the Wells Fargo Municipal Money Market Fund into the Wells Fargo National Tax-Free Money Market Fund.

On October 14, restrictions will be placed on the Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund Trust, specifically for those wanting to move their money from Morgan Stanley funds into Morgan Stanley money funds.

Rebranding


On October 5, the Cavanal Hill U.S. Large Cap Equity Fund shareholders will be voting on renaming the fund to the Multi Cap Equity Income Fund. If approved, the investment objective will shift also from "to seek growth of capital and, secondarily, income" to "to seek dividend income," effective December 31.

On September 12, the Babson Capital Funds Trust will undergo a name change to the Barings Funds Trust.

Fees

Beginning October 14, the Dreyfus Prime Money Market Fund will impose liquidity fees if the weekly liquid assets fall below a certain amount.

As of July 1, the Fidelity Large Cap Value Index Fund has lowered the fund's annual operating expenses for the institutional and institutional premium classes by 20 bps.
