Thursday, August 7, 2003 Former Cerulli Analyst Joins Connecticut Consult Lisa B. Baird has signed on as director of research at CRA Business Strategies Group. She will report directly to Frank L. Tarantino, executive vice president for Strategic Consulting and she will be based in the consulting firm's Darien, Connecticut-based office. CRA Business Strategies provides strategic consulting to leaders in the asset management industry. Baird will focus on strategy development, product marketing and distribution, channel strategy, and market research. Baird was most recently a senior analyst at Cerulli Associates in Boston, where she served as in industry expert in institutional asset management. She joined that consulting firm from Fidelity Institutional Retirement Services Company, where she was vice president of Strategic Planning and Analysis. She was also an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company and an analyst in investment banking for Goldman, Sachs & Co. "We are very fortunate to have Lisa on board.
