Wednesday, June 28, 2017 This No-Cal Fund Firm Expands its Team A small San Francisco-based fund firm is hiring. Venk Reddy, chief investment officer at Zeo Capital Advisors, tells MFWire that the firm is in the process of growing its team. Reddy just added a sales associate to help with in-house distribution. Jim Lumley is now vice president of sales and reports to Paige Uher, director of investor relations at Zeo. Reddy also recently added a trade operations and systems analyst to help build the firm's technology infrastructure. With the recent hires, Zeo's team has grown from four to six employees. Reddy also plans to add a credit analyst by 2018. “We need to invest in our infrastructure to help grow our firm,” says Uher. Uher says the firm is focusing on growing their flagship, and only fund, The Zeo Strategic Income Fund, which uses a low volatility fixed income strategy and has $239 million in AUM.
