Fees

On July 1 the Schroder Emerging Market Small Cap Funds' investment management fee was reduced from an annual fee of 1.25 percent of the Fund's average daily net assets to an annual fee of 1.15 percent of the Fund's average daily net assets. Between July 1, 2017 to February 28, 2019 Schroders will waive its fees, pay Fund operating expenses, and/or reimburse the Fund to the extent that the total annual operating expenses.
