GE Asset Veteran Joins New Jersey Firm

Ryan Beck & Co. is looking to add to the products and services it offers investors through its separately managed account services are. To oversee the push, the Livingston, New Jersey firm hired a pair of executives, including Stephen J. Greenhut as a vice president and director of Managed Accounts. Eric H. Siber, senior vice president and national director of marketing, said that the hires are part of an effort by the firm to provide additional support and product selection resources to its financial consultants.

Greenhut, who was most recently a director of Client Management at GE Asset Management, will help the firm's 500 financial consultants develop stronger client participation in fee based account programs, according to the company. He also brings experience from Morgan Stanley, where he was a vice president of new business development for the wirehouse's proprietary separately managed accounts.

The firm has also hired Dan Cajigas as a vice president in its Investment Advisory group. He was most recently at Tucker Anthony, where he helped develop and launch that broker-dealers separately managed sub-advisory investment consulting program.
