Bisys Names Fund Service Head

Bisys Fund Services has named a new chief. The New York-based unit of the Bisys Group has promoted Fred Naddaff to be its new president. The job opened last month when James Fox was named chief financial officer of the parent company.

Naddaff reports to Bill Tomko, president of the Bisys Investment Services group, and will continue to be based in Bisys' Columbus, Ohio office.

He will provide executive oversight of the U.S. and European outsourcing services that support mutual funds, variable annuities, and separately managed accounts with administration and accounting, transfer agency and shareholder services, compliance and regulatory support, and marketing and distribution solutions.

Naddaff joined Bisys from First Data Investor Services three years ago as executive vice president for Bisys Fund Services. He was then responsible for all domestic and international operations and technology.
