A Director Leaves Legg After Six Years


A former director and senior program manager of advisor business development has parted ways with Legg Mason. Alison Breward's move comes after a six-year anniversary with the company. She is based in Stamford, Connecticut.

A spokesperson for Legg Mason did not immediately return a call for comment.

While at Legg Mason, Breward led the value-add offering, The Advisor Partnership Program (TAPP). She defined overall strategy, researched and developed content, and trained and distributed materials worldwide.

Prior to her most recent time at Legg Mason, Breward worked as VP and director of program and platform communications at Morgan Stanley, as VP and product manager of U.S. retail product development at Legg Mason, and as AVP and channel marketing manager at Citi.

Breward received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Mount Holyoke College, She also attended the London School of Economics and Political Science.
