After 18 Years, an SVP Leaves WFAM


A former fund CFO recently left a big bank's asset management arm.

MFWire has learned that Erdem Cimen, senior vice president and head of business analysis and reporting at Wells Fargo Asset Management [profile] and former chief financial officer of Wells Fargo's funds management group, recently left the firm. He worked there for more than eighteen years and was based in their San Francisco, CA office.

WFAM CFO David Bullock, analytics manager Jacqueline Hansing, and a Wells Fargo did not immediately return calls for comment.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Cimen worked for American Express. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University, and an MBA in Finance, Operations/Productions Management, and Strategy from the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business.
