Janvier did not immediately return a call for comment. Janvier's promotion comes after Jeff Klepacki, then-head of North America distribution, left company last December. In his new role, Janvier will manage all facets of distribution in North America and Canada, as well as leading the North America Distribution team of 84. He will report to Alex Hoctor-Duncan, global sales director, and to Chris Demetriou, CEO of the Americas. "In his time with the company, Mickey's leadership and strong commercial and strategic acumen have seen him build and reinvent the Wealth Management group to stay competitive and consistently deliver excellent sales and client engagement through all cycles," stated Hoctor-Duncan. "Mickey has been at the forefront of our efforts to accelerate our ambition with key strategic Intermediary distribution partners in recent years," Demetriou stated.
