A 25-Year UMB Fund Services Vet Retires

After 25 years with the firm, a senior leader is leaving a Midwestern bank's mutual fund back office business.

Milwaukee-based Connie Shannon is retiring from UMB Fund Services, MFWire has learned. She served as executive vice president and general counsel.

A spokesperson for UMB did not immediately return a call for comment.

A Hamline University School of Law and University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, Constance Dye Shannon first joined UMB in 1995. Prior, she served at First Bank for several yeas. Before that, Shannon served at Blunt Ellis and Loewi for three years as vice president and legal counsel. She has been in the securities industry for 34 years.
