What Are the Five Best Fund Firms to Work At?


Five big firms with mutual fund or ETF businesses are among the best places to work in the U.S., according to a business publication's new list.

The folks at Fortune and Great Place to Work recently released their 2021 Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list. The list is divided into 40 large companies (including at least five fund firms) and 40 small and medium-sized companies.

The mutual fund and ETF providers on the list (all in the "large" section) include: Edward Jones (home of the Bridge Builder funds) at #5; Nationwide at #7; Baird at #10; Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (which recently entered the ETF business) at #14; and Voya at #37.
