From Fundster Product Chief to Management Consultant

A longtime fundster, who recently moved on from an armed forces financial services provider after almost twenty years, has taken up a new position with a British business and technology management consultancy firm as of this summer.

Paul Walter Fulmer
Capco
Principal Consultant
Earlier this month, Paul Fulmer, who most recently served as head of transition services at San Antonio, Texas-based USAA, released word that he has moved on to a principal consultant role at London, England-based Capco. His first day with Capco was in May.

Fulmer, who left USAA in January, posts, "Excited to take my skills and experience to help wealth and asset management companies improve their business."

A spokesperson for Capco did not respond to inquiries for comment.

In his time with USAA, Fulmer spent the majority of his years as head of mutual fund, ETF, and 529 product management, from 2009 to 2019. He also served as executive director of investment products from 2004 to 2009. He started at the company in 2002 as a director in retirement strategy.

Prior to joining both Capco and USAA, Fulmer served as director in retirement services product management at ADP from 1994 to 2002. For two years before that, he was an investment and retirement plans executive at M and T Bank. Fulmer is an alumnus of Frostburg State University and Loyola University Maryland.
