Today, the team at the Independent Directors Council (IDC) kicks off their latest Foundations for Fund Directors program. The two-day event is being held at the offices of the Investment Company Institute (ICI) in Washington, D.C.

Tomorrow, starting at 5:30pm, the Alger team will host a summer cocktail party at their rooftop terrace at the their new offices in New York City.

Also tomorrow, starting at 9am eastern, the team at the Expect Miracles Foundation will host a silent auction online. The event was changed to a virtual one after last week's 28th annual East Coast Classic golf tournament was postponed due to weather.

On Wednesday, the 2022 Star Awards (from the Investment Management Education Alliance, i.e. IMEA) will be open for entries.

Also on Wednesday, starting at 2:30pm eastern, the team at the Money Management Institute (MMI) will host a webinar, entitled "Driving Business Value with Artificial Intelligence & Data." Then on Thursday, starting at 2pm eastern, the MMI team will host another webinar, this one entitled "How We Work Has to Change: Transforming Distribution Organizations to Thrive."

Also on Thursday, starting at 2pm eastern, the team at the Mutual Fund Directors Forum (MFDF) will host a webinar, entitled "Key Takeaways From Morningstar's 2021 Annual Fund Fee Study."

Next Monday, June 20, MFWire will be closed for the Juneteenth market holiday.
