Friday, December 10, 2004 Fido Gets Korea Entree Approved Fidelity's application to manage money in Korea was approved by the country's Financial Supervisory Committee on Friday, reported Reuters. According to Reuters, Fidelity is the 10th foreign firm to acquire a license to manage money in Korea. The Korea Herald reported in mid-November that Fidelity applied to setup an affiliate worth $9.27 million in the country.
