Friday, February 25, 2005 Janus Opens Two Funds Janus formally opened the doors on new funds for the first time in two years on Friday. The Denver-based fund firm filed with the SEC on the funds in December. The funds are part of an effort by new-Chief Investment Officer Gary Black to revive the firm's brand by leveraging Janus research skills. "Rigorous research is Janus' hallmark," Black said in a statement.
