Denso International Workers Denied Redo in 401(k) Fee Challenge

Denso International America Inc. employees challenging their retirement plan fees failed to convince a federal judge to rethink part of his recent decision dismissing their case against the automotive component manufacturer.

The employees’ bid for reconsideration is based on arguments already considered by the court and “non-controlling case law from another circuit,” Judge Mark A. Goldsmith of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan said in a Wednesday opinion denying their request.
