Reported by Daniel Tovrov

Cohen & Steers, a mutual fund company focused on real estate securities and REIT funds, has appointed Michael Miller and Mark Dickinson, both former Legg Mason vice presidents, to Cohen & Steers' RIA sales group.

Miller will serve as vice president and RIA sales manager to the newly established Central Region, while Dickenson will act in the same position for the West Region. Based in San Fransisco, CNS's West Region was formerly run by Erinn Laridon, who retired earlier in the year.

“We are excited to have both Michael and Mark join Cohen & Steers,” stated Frank Zukowski, senior vice president and director of RIA sales. “They bring with them the experience and solid relationships in their respective territories which will allow us to further enhance our distribution efforts to an important and growing channel.”
