Here's a roundup of fund launches and closures:

OPENING:
  • Principal Funds on Thursday announced the launch of Principal Diversified Real Asset Fund (PRDAX). The fund has been up and running since March 16.
    SEC filing

    CLOSING:
  • The board of Stockcar Stocks Mutual Fund terminated Peak Wealth Opportunities LLC as investment advisor of the StockCar Stocks Index Fund (SCARX) on June 1. Also on June 1, the board decided to liquidate the fund on or about August 1.
