Dupree is being brought on as a client relationship manager.

Brock is leaving his role as founding partner and portfolio manager to pursue other opportunities. Brock has spent 17 years at the investment advisory firm.

Departure: Jeffery Heslop

Heslop is leaving his position of chief operating officer in February. Kenneth Johnson, CFO, will serve as acting COO.

Promotion: Brendan Clark

Clark has been promoted to chief executive officer. Brendan Clark succeeds Harry Clark, who will take on the role of executive chairman. Prior to his promotion, Brendan Clark served as president of the firm.

Davis has been appointed chief marketing officer and a member of the firm's investment committee. He previously served as primary content provider for the DST Systems' financial services business.
