Fund Updates

The Rothschild Larch Lane Alternatives Fund's name will be changed to the Fiera Capital Diversified Alternatives Fund.

The closing of the merge of Putnam Voyager Fund into Putnam Growth Opportunities, originally set for July 15, has been delayed until further notice.

As of July 14, Class529A, Class529B and Class 529C of the MFS International Diversification℠ Fund are not available for sale, and are scheduled to be terminated on or around July 31.

The Class B shares of the Fidelity AdvisorŪ Focus Funds were converted to Class A shares. The fund's name will also change from Fidelity AdvisorŪ Electronics Fund to Fidelity AdvisorŪ Semiconductors Fund on Oct. 1.

Prudential Global Total Return Fund, Inc.'s manager and subadvisor will "waive a portion of the management fee and subadvisory fee."

On June 17, the All Terrain Opportunity Fund's performance benchmark was changed to the HFRX Global Hedge Fund Index.

New Funds

On Wednesday VanEck launched the VanEck Vectors EM Investment Grade + BB Rated USD Sovereign Bond ETF. The ETF tracks the J.P. Morgan Custom EM Investment Grade Plus BB-Rated Sovereign USD Bond Index and is PMed by Francis G. Rodilosso and Eric Isenberg.

Management, Subadvisor or PM updates

On July 11, Fiera Capital Inc. purchased Rothschild Asset Management Inc's stake in Rothschild Larch Lane Management Company, advisor to the Rothschild Larch Lane Alternatives Fund, now called the Fiera Capital Diversified Alternatives Fund. Rothschild Larch Lane Management Company also rebranded as Fiera Capital Management Company, and Rothschild Asset Management employees "will no longer be involved in the management or oversight of the Fund." And by August 31, Fiera will buy Larch Lane Advisors, too.

The advisor of the now-Fiera Capital Diversified Alternatives Fund was changed to Fiera Capital Management Company LLC on July 11.

George Maglares is a co-PM for the Perkins Global Value Fund and the Perkins International Value Fund of Janus Investments as of this July.

On Aug. 19, Jason Gottlieb will no longer serve as a PM for the Goldman Sacs Multi-Manager Alternatives Fund.

Ivan Bakrac will no longer be a PM to the Invesco Unconstrained Bond Fund.

The Vanguard International Growth Fund will now be advised by Baillie Gifford and Schroders. M&G will no longer serve as an investment advisor.

New Strategies

Victory Fund's Victory CEMP Global High Dividend Defensive Fund altered its investment objective and principal investment strategy on July 12.

Terminated Funds

Northern Lights Fund Trust III decided that the Discretionary Managed Futures Strategy Fund will cease operations and will try to close the fund on or before July 29. As of July 15, the fund no longer accept investments.
