A Manning C-Suiter Switches Industries

James Mikolaichik
Hilton Worldwide Holdings
Incoming CFO
Manning chief financial officer Jim Mikolaichik is joining Hilton Grand Vacations as CFO in August, Hilton Worldwide Holdings president and CEO Christopher Nassetta confirms. Manning co-founder and board chairman William Manning confirms that Mikolaichik will depart within the next 30 days after "working closely with management and the Board of Directors to implement an appropriate transition process, which will be announced prior to his departure."

"At this point the board has not determined the transition process," Manning spokeswoman Nicole Kingsley Brunner tells MFWire.

"The firm anticipates no lapse in any of the important functions that Jim was performing, and no lapse in areas vital to the ongoing changes that the firm is making to its strategic position," William Manning states. "We wish him well and hope that he is successful in his new position."

Mikolaichik joins HGV, Hilton's timeshare arm, in advance of McLean, Virginia-based Hilton Worldwide's publicly planned spinoff of HGV "as a separate publicly traded company," expected later this year.

Mikolaichik joined Manning as CFO in September 2011, and Manning IPOed in November 2011. An alumnus of Susquehanna University and of Columbia University, Mikolaichik worked at Deloitte and then Old Mutual Asset Management before joining Manning.
