Rosenberg has over 17 years of investment experience as well as over a decade of experience developing and manging ETFs for a variety of firms such as the Vanguard Group and Russel Investments. ***
Company: Securities and Exchange Commission Appointment: Stephanie Avakian and Steven Peikin Avakian and Peikin were appointed as Co-directors of the Division of Enforcement at the SEC. Avakian was previously an acting director of the Division of Enforcement at SEC and Peikin was a former federal prosecutor. ***
