Rosenberg was appointed senior vice president and head of ETFs at American Century Investments. Rosenberg has over 17 years of investment experience as well as over a decade of experience developing and manging ETFs for a variety of firms such as the Vanguard Group and Russel Investments.

Company: Securities and Exchange Commission

Appointment: Stephanie Avakian and Steven Peikin

Avakian and Peikin were appointed as Co-directors of the Division of Enforcement at the SEC. Avakian was previously an acting director of the Division of Enforcement at SEC and Peikin was a former federal prosecutor.

Appointment: Heather Brownlie and Jim Hill

Brownlie was appointed U.S. head of fixed-income ETFs at BlackRock Inc. Hill was appointed as an adviser to BlackRock's ETF business. Brownlie previously worked for the Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Hill previously worked at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse Group AG.

Kay was appointed managing director of ETFs for the West Coast at John Hancock Funds. Kay previously worked for Hartford Funds.

Appointment: Greg Champion

Champion has joined the Fenimore Asset Management Board of Directors. He was previously an attorney and a managing member at Bond, Schoeneck & King.

Appointment: Kevin Small

Small has been appointed as a senior wealth advisor at the Capital Management Group. Previously, Small was a financial consultant at AXA Advisors.

Appointment: Jessen Fahey

Fahey was appointed Vice President of the Cohen & Steers wealth management team to specialize in the defined contribution investment-only (DCIO) marketplace. Previously, Fahey worked at Columbia Threadneedle Investments as regional vice president of sales.

Appointment: Dave Welling

Welling was appointed CEO of Mercy Advisors. He will be replacing David Barton who will now assume the role of vice chairman and will lead the firm's newly created merger-and-acquisition efforts. Welling previously worked as co-general manager of SS&C Advent.

Appointment: Brad Demong and Leander Christofides

Demong and Christofides were appointed as Co-CIOs of the new Global Special Situations group at J.P. Morgan. Demong and Christofides previously held senior roles in J.P. Morgan's Corporate and Investment Bank, most recently managing Leverage & Distressed Private Side Research and Trading for the EMEA region.
