On July 24 BNP Paribas agreed to waive to its fees and/or reimburse expenses for the BNP Paribas AM Emerging Markets Total Return Fixed Income Fund. The voluntary fee waiver and expense reimbursement will continue through June 30, 2018.

Effective September 1 there will no longer be a front end sales charge on the Hawaiian Tax-Free Trust and will instead be a sales charge based on the value at the time of purchase of the holdings.

Effective September 1 there will no longer be a front-end sales charge for the Aquila Tax-Free Trust of Arizona, Aquila Churchill Tax-Free Fund of Kentucky, Aquila Tax-Free Fund for Utah, Aquila Tax-Free Fund of Colorado, Tax-Free Trust of Oregon, and Aquila Narragansett Tax-Free Income Fund.

From August 1 to September 5 the Allianz Vision New York Variable Annuity will replace rates and supersede any previously issued Rate Sheet Supplement.

Effective July 24 Richard Cook assumed sole responsibility for the portfolio management of the Cook & Bynum Fund. Cook previously shared a role with J. Dowe Bynum, who is on medical leave.

On July 25 the Allianz Index Advantage NF Variable Annuity will first become available for sale in Pennsylvania.


On July 25 Olden Lane Securities LLC and Olden Lane Trust applied for a unit investment fund that can invest in other funds.
