Monday, October 23, 2017 Week In Preview - October 23-29 Today the Independent Directors Council (IDC) is kicking off its 2017 Fund Directors Conference. The three-day event is being held at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park in Chicago, Illinois. Speakers scheduled to take the main stage include: Chad Renfro, head of enterprise cybersecurity at Fidelity; Jonathan Zeschin, independent director for Matthews Asia Funds and chair of the IDC Governing Council; and many others. Also today, the Informa team is kicking off Inside ETFs Europe. The three-day conference is being held at the Hilton Park Lane in London. BNP Paribas Asset Management, Deutsche Asset Management, Morningstar, MSCI, and a host of others are sponsoring. Tonight DST's kasina team will kick off their 2017 national accounts summit with a dinner at Ilili in New York. The sessions will take place tomorrow at Convene in the TIAA building.
