After 21 Years, a Managing Director Exits JPMAM


A Midwestern executive is saying goodbye to a money center bank's asset management arm after two decades.

Brian Bergere has departed New York City-based J.P. Morgan Asset Management [profile], MFWire has learned. Bergere, based in the Columbus, Ohio area, was managing director of client services and president of J.P. Morgan Distribution Services.

Tim Thiebout, executive director at JPMAM, referred inquiries to a company spokesperson, who declined to comment.

Bergere had been with JPMAM and predecessor organizations since 1998. Prior to that he worked with Flagship Funds, USF&G, and Review Management Corp. he received his bachelors in Finance from Frostburg State University.
