On July 31, the AMG Managers Cadence Capital Appreciation Fund will merge into the AMG Renaissance Large Cap Growth Fund.

Reorganizations

On September 13, there will be a shareholders meeting to approve the reorganization of the following Sentinel Funds into the following Touchstone Funds due to the acquisition on April 18, 2017:

• Sentinel Government Securities Fund into the Touchstone Active Bond Fund
• Sentinel Total Return Bond Fund into the Touchstone Active Bond Fund
• Sentinel Low Duration Bond Fund into the Touchstone Ultra Short Duration Fixed Income Fund
• Sentinel Multi-Asset Income Fund into the Touchstone Flexible Income Fund
• Sentinel Sustainable Core Opportunities Fund into the Touchstone Sustainability and Impact Equity Fund
• Sentinel Balanced Fund into the Touchstone Balanced Fund
• Sentinel Common Stock Fund into the Touchstone Large Cap Focused Fund
• Sentinel International Equity Fund into the Touchstone International Equity Fund
• Sentinel Small Company Fund into the Touchstone Small Company Fund

On July 31, the net assets of American Centurys' California Long-Term Tax-Free Fund will be reorganized into the California Intermediate-Term Tax-Free Bond Fund in exchange for shares of the California Intermediate-Term Tax-Free Bond Fund.

On July 27, Shiuan-Tang (Tony) Peng no longer serves as a PM for the Advanced Series Trust FI Pyramis Quantitative Portfolio.

Class Shares

On July 27, shareholders were allowed to qualify for sales charge waivers for class A shares of FS Investments' Multi-Strategy Alternatives Fund.

On July 28, class T shares of the following Lord Abbett funds are available for purchase:

• Lord Abbett Affiliated Fund
• Lord Abbett Bond Debenture Fund
• Lord Abbett Investment Trust
• Lord Abbett Municipal Income Fund

Fund Update

On July 31, the Hewitt Series Trust and the Hewitt Money Market Fund will rebrand into the Alight Series Trust and the Alight Money Market Fund.

On August 29, the GMO Emerging Countries Series Fund will redeem its full investments from the GMO Emerging Counties Fund and proceed to purchase shares of the GMO Emerging Markets fund.

Terminations

On October 31, the BlackRock Global Opportunities V.I. Fund - Class I Shares will liquidate.

On July 27, Kinetics Asset Management launched the Horizon Spin-off and Corporate Restructuring Fund. Its public offering hasn't been announced yet.
