Closings


On October 24, American Century will close the Equity Income Fund to new investors.

On September 29, the Wasatch International Opportunities Fund will be closed to new investors.

Fees


On November 1, J.P. Morgan will lower the investment advisory fee by 5 bps for the JPMorgan High Yield Fund. They will also lower the investment advisory fee for the JPMorgan International Equity Fund by 10 bps.

Investment Strategy


The Avenue Credit Strategies Fund will shift its strategy in order to remove their 20% overlap limit for the portfolio investments held by the private funds.

Portfolio Managers


As of September 1, Jeffrey Wilson will no longer serve as PM of the ASTON/Montag & Caldwell Mid Cap Growth Fund. M. Scott Thompson will remain the sole PM of the fund.
